Colin Staples - Director Academy

Colin was currently appointed Director of the Academy and has a wealth of experience as he works closely with the FAW Women's Welsh Squads and is currently also the Development Office within the Carmarthenshire area. He's currently a UEFA A Licence holder since 1996, and also has a Diploma in Sports Psychology. This is Colin's second spell at the club in which he was assistant manager to Tomi Morgan for the 1st Team.

Laura Thomas - Academy Administrator 

Laura was currently appointed Academy Administrator, she's a teacher in Bryngwyn Comprehensive Schools in Llanelli and also works with the FAW Women's Welsh Squad as Welfare Offiicer

Peter Fern - Under 19's Manager

Peter is currently doing his FAW B Licence and is in his 3 season as Under 19's Manager. Peter has a well of experience in which he coached a few clubs at Welsh League but with some time out of the gam, came back to help develop players into the League Of Wales

Ray Squires - Under 19's Coach

Ray has been a at the club coming up to 10 years in which this will be his first year with the Under 19's, as he coached the Under 16's Academy Team to the Quarter Final of the Academy Cup last season.  Ray coming holds a FAW C licence.
