About the Academy

HERE at Carmarthen Town Football Club we pride ourselves on being able to provide a clear pathway from youth football to the professional game.

The bench mark of our youth programme is to bring as many players through our system as possible, with the ultimate goal of progressing into our first team, or even better international selection for the player's chosen country.

This will be achieved within our club by elite squads at Carmarthen town which are in place for the ages of under 6s to under 19s before the progression on to the first team.
